The subtle energy work I experienced from this workshop was just simply fabulous! A confirmation for my wife and me that Yoga is a wonderful means to restore the body, essentially body therapy at its best, using the techniques Anne explained so well during the workshop in Greenville, SC (5/3/08). At what age do people give up on themselves, having too many aches and pains, weight issues, tiredness, etc.? Yet with Viniyoga they have a vehicle to improve their lives.
