This Retreat in Kings Canyon National Park in early August was a truly extraordinary event! Putting together a workshop of this type within the lingering shadow of the Covid pandemic was a bit like diving off a high cliff into deep water with no life vest. The Universal Divine smiled on us in everyway, for this I am beyond grateful.
Far Horizon’s Retreat Camp is situated in a fantastically beautiful section of the Sierra Nevada Mountains. The photos give an impression, but to be there is magical. Our group was an intimate gathering of hardy beautiful “peeps” who blossomed like the mystical lotus lily over the 4 days we shared. The staff of Far Horizons was top notch, the accommodations (despite the spiders and mice!) were rustic camp comfortable, and the vegetarian/vegan kitchen was fantastic. We shared inspired asana classes, philosophy discussions, and amazing Sound Bath Meditations; interwoven with hiking and sightseeing adventures. Thanks to all of you who made this happy event possible! AND El and I have been asked to return in summer of 2022!! Mark those calendars.
